I feel shit again.
And I'd say, Why? 'Cause I I know all the lads are going to get a chicken fillet roll and I'm not there.
And I'd say, Okay, walk me through three forty, I feel worse.
And I'm like, Okay, why?
Because I know the lads
And then I'm not sure.
And I've missed school
And I've missed school.
But here's the paradox of it, right?
This is the real paradox 'cause it's you can't see your the woods from the trees.
And I mean you it's a it's a paradox of a positive feedback loop means the rate of expansion increases dramatically.
It doesn't mean anything positive.
It means the thing that you use to satiate yourself explodes out.
So avoidance becomes massive, right?
And so the paradox is they feel stuck in school or they feel awful about school.
Right, they f this is what I always hear.
I feel stuck and that word will pop out with parent uh with school avoidance, they'll say, I feel stuck and I'd say, Okay, so what's your intervention for feeling stuck?
And they'd say, Well, not to go in and I'd say, Okay.
And all you're trying to do is unpack their logic and I'd say, Are you more stuck staying at home?
Are you less stuck staying at home to not go to school?
