Um and I fear that that goalpost will will perpetually be moving.
You know, um I oh well the reason why um they rejected me was because
to use an example, my my hunter eyes were not optimised or
you know, m there w the the um amount of inches between my clavicles was a problem.
I was just gonna ask 'cause you mentioned about having the privilege of time, and I think part of our underlying um motive for this series is because Anya and I have discussed so many times about
Why, we're not doing very much about people's sleep, but it seems to be this enormous problem all the time, you know, it's all the time.
But we're not we don't we don't don't always seem to know what to do.
And one of the things I was thinking about is just how complex it all is.
And the fact of the matter is that for so much of the time, you um just even being able to drill down to those even seemingly very straightforward and practical interventions.
interventions takes a real understanding of the person, their environment, the world in which they function, etc.
And it so I suppose what I'm getting at is is there.
I do you think part of the reason why um we struggle so much sometimes to get to the bottom of sleep problems is because it's it's just so complex and w and the time is not on our side perhaps to really drill down into it.

access to services and of course I think we make a v very strong case around the importance of medication, but I was also reflecting on that
There's always seemingly this glaringly obvious adjunct for
I I guess, um, psychotherapeutic input.
And in the absence of being able to access a service such as yours, you make an incredible case for the importance of breath work.
Um, and you talk a lot about how breathing and like you you've sort of spoken about letting the fizz out.
Um, but how these interventions can make a really big difference.
