Yeah, you say in your book it sounds a bit too easy.
But I think it's really worth sometimes emphasising that it it some t some things really are too good to be true, or maybe that's the wrong expression, but like just because it feels easy doesn't mean it doesn't work and maybe we don't need to make it so hard all the time.

And actually, I think that final point that you just made about feeling safe, safe to let go, and what that means for an individual, I think is is probably the bit that is really gnawing away at my brain that it's so important that you can feel safe enough to do the work of letting go of all the things that have kept

away and and that that in itself is gonna take a lot of work, right?
Because until this point perhaps you haven't felt safe enough to do that.
You started off by s talking about feeling curious, and I wonder that perhaps that is the root of it is the curiosity to inquire about more than just I have difficulty in sleeping, and thinking, well, why?
And having that curiosity can just take you places and make
Maybe that's just where where you gotta start sometimes.
