I'm so glad there is someone else doing the due diligence around nutritional factors because what you said there, I I don't think a lot of people uh realize is a a big sort of black box within the nutrition space, and that's the quality of the data in nutrition calculators.
So I'm assuming you've got like USDA data and COFIT data and EU data, and it's all
All really murky because sometimes sweet potatoes can be X amount of calories in one and then completely different on another one, but they also have different fiber and protein uh amounts too.
So that's exactly what we do with the Dox Kishan out.
We have like uh an amalgamation of all these different databases to provide what we think is the most accurate represent representation of protein and fiber in our meals, and we

Mm-hmm.
We run it through the calculator.
If it's low in fiber, we're constantly thinking about how do we annotate a recipe to make sure that you're having extras.
Yeah.

So you me you mentioned two there, so cottage cheese and edmarme.
Are there any other like protein boosters that you think are a good sort of practical um
Mm.
Totally, yeah.
And I think we're also dealing with biology as well, because different people will absorb different amounts of fibre and the calories from food very differently as well.
Um, which is another bug bear in mind that we'll get to a little bit later when it comes to calories and foods.
Um, specifically talking about protein, so we're looking at that like 20 grams of protein per meal, give or take, and you can use protein boosters depending on what your needs are.
Are there specific groups?
