Yeah, I guess you know, to the untrained eye, if I look at so I've got a cheat sheet in front of me here of the low FODMAP versus high FODMAT food.

So the low FODMAT foods, carrots, corjet, cucumbers, spinach, potatoes, sweet potatoes, uh, oats, brown rice is in there.

Um, you've got some nuts, but in certain doses like almonds and walnuts.

It's like, oh, I can I can get on with that.

But then you look at the high FODMAT food.

That you've got to take out, and it's garlic, onions, leeks, shallots, like adding so much flavor, good amounts of fiber as well.

Asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, these are all like brassica vegetables, certain types of fruits like apples, uh, beans and lentils in big portions.

So you're actually removing quite a lot of variety from your diet if you just stick to the low-fob mat.
