I you know, a lot of people, if they get a granola bar or, you know, some sort of packaged food item and it has a claim on the front, high fiber, and you flip the pack and you notice inulin or chicory fiber or um some of these other uh polysaccharides, um you don't know the dose in w that they've actually put in the podcast-host
product 'cause it's not necessarily on the on the label in terms of the quantities. podcast-host
And that could be triggering. podcast-host

Mm-hmm. podcast-host
Because even the high protein uh sort of labels, a lot of that could be coming from P isolates or soy isolates and all the rest of it, just to sort of podcast-host
uh put the number on front of pack because that has the health halo. podcast-host
And so I guess inulin is one to watch out for. podcast-host
Uh polydextrose. podcast-host
