These are body parts you are putting out to a stranger you don't know.
I actually get a lot of questions about partners and kids, like, hey, I have this problem, but I think my husband has this problem too, or I think my kid might have a problem.
So
Some of those questions about like, can a male have a hard time emptying their bladder or erectile dysfunction or painful bowel movements, all of those things.
A lot of questions about vaginal pain, burning, tailbone pain, hip pain, all of those can be connected to pelvic floor issues as well.
I think the biggest thing is when you have someone like myself talking very openly about the pelvic floor, it helps people feel comfortable that they're not alone and that there are resources.
So I don't mind the questions.
I just want to get people to the right resources for help.

And it can get them very uncomfortable, put them at risk for urinary tract infections, cause like a lot of urinary retention.
So there's training that you can do that we actually walk through to get you to relax in public.
