for GP practices, for, you know, for teams that are struggling for various reasons.
So trainers and mediator did a lot of conflict coaching and I still do some of that now, that diagnostic and interventional work with teams and healthcare leaders.
Quite a lot of my work as well with doctors is career change advice or people who've had a period of time off work going back to work and that transition.
But I really love coaching leaders.
I think, again, just getting down to that depth of self-awareness and change, so important.

And then you've got your training role as well.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So the training role, when we're delivering the Shapes Toolkit program or with the WorkWell program, it's from a coaching perspective.
So a lot of the time, yes, we're presenting some information, we're providing opportunities for discussion, but a lot of the time we're using real coaching questions just to create that space, even on an online session, for people just to stop and think and think, okay, what actually stops me from saying no to that extra work?
Or...
How was the first sign that I would notice that I was becoming burnt out?
So just those kind of simple questions, but actually, again, like I said earlier on, getting down to the root of the issue.
So I think I once called it restorative coaching.
That was what I did.
Someone asked me once, you know, what kind of coaching do you do?
And I remember coming up with the word restorative, which wasn't a word I had sort of labeled it as before.
What I meant by that was drilling down.
