I'm not suggesting people drop pennies off the sides of tall buildings.
But to read into it and have a think about it in more detail and see if there's any logic to it.
And often you realise there isn't.
And the people that are peddling the easy answers to things maybe are doing it for marketing reasons like the 10,000 steps a day.
My wife assures me that it came from the Japanese symbol for 10,000, which looks like a person walking.
And that's why tech companies just decided it, right?
I know.
So a lot of the time there's just some benign reason behind these things.
But we love a simple answer.
And unfortunately, science just can't give it for lots of things.
You need to turn to poetry.

Why don't I get my title?
I think because it's funny.
I would have thought this was absolutely understood as well and well established.
And what we're talking about here are the diagnostic tools that psychiatrists and psychologists used to diagnose mental health disorders, things like depression, anxiety, bipolar and personality disorder or addiction things, right?
So what happens is the first thing is to say there are no biomarkers for any of these.
You can't take a blood test
And it'll give you some sort of a signal that says, yes, you are bipolar or you have depression or any of those things.
Instead, what happens is a professional has to ask you, take you through an interview and ask you a series of questions.
