And I don't know why we keep getting dogged in these departments.
This is classic athletic training at a college level.
That's usually where my examples are coming and rooting from because that's the highest employment
you know, in the past few years.
But I just, I don't understand how we're not able to spearhead this problem of educating how the pay scale should work.
I shouldn't be getting a 3% raise because that's the federal minimum wage increase in every year.

We're not keeping those data points like you said.
When I was in Southern California, I worked for Santa Ana College, and they actually had the stair-step progression of if you have a master's degree, if you have a doctorate degree, you qualify for this amount of pay.
How many years experience?
I think they had that stair-step.
So they actually had the equations to do that.
And I don't know how a community college, I'm sure because it's a state-ran college,
public school, that's how they got away with that.
But for private institutions and other places, they still haven't really logged on to that.
While I was at UCLA, I feel like half the staff is very concrete, not really moving, very good.
They're getting watched out for.
But then the other half, it's like an open door policy of people just trying to get experience to move on to the next place, which I think is odd since, you know,
