Um, like what makes their product flywheel work um doesn't travel because it's like something to do with.
The geo, but for us, the product firewheel is like being the absolute best in the visit and be free as well, because we give it away for free initially.
So we have like a free version of Heidi.
That initial impression leads them to drive word of mouth.
They tell their friends, they tell their hospital, they're like, This is so good.
You know, I know you're buying this one, but you should try this.
It's really good.
That leads to more clinicians who tell more people who get us in more visits.
So it's always about like just being the best in the visit.
That's how we went.

Good question.
One interesting one is I was surprised.
I thought building a company in healthcare, the clinical people would be the um like the traffic controllers, like that we would be the people with the stop signs.
But actually the clinical people are the people with the go signs.
So a lot I find people who are non-clinical are very worried about hurting.
hurting people or m because they've never been in a clinical setting except as a patient, they're always very anxious.
Their risk tolerance is way lower.
Maybe it's because I was a surgeon or something, but I find actually the clinical teams are the ones that
really understand the product setting and can drive new releases and new features and all that kind of stuff.
