So it's purely additive at the same time on paper, validating your professional status as a nurse.
And you know, in the news, the Department of Education, the language that they have changed related to nursing professionalism, which will limit.
Yeah.
loan reimbursement.
You know, it's hit after hit after hit against our profession.
This is not in any way reactive to that.
We've been building this company for far longer than the conversations at the Department of Education.
But it's another way to continue to elevate and recognize our profession.
It's true.
Yeah.
And that's a question that I wish we were asking.
So I did my doctoral degree in public health in 2016.
And I wish we were talking about that more clearly, the the deep connection between well-being and professionalism back then.
Back then, in some of my early papers, we said things like, it's clear in the evidence that if you do more mindfulness, if you meditate more, if you do more yoga, if you exercise more, if you get more sleep.
You're gonna do better.
And so we published all this work on well-being means self-care.
And I've co-authored a few books on self-care.
So I I love talking about that stuff, but we kind of missed the mark.
Because we were focusing on the individual saying, Renee, you need to do better.
If you're working in a crappy work environment, go home after work, meditate, do everything to take care of yourself so you can come back into it.
