He said, I'm going to help you to fix your pain yourself.

I said, well, how am I going to do that?

He said, you're going to feel it.

You're going to touch it.

You're going to massage it.

And he showed me on his own elbow how he his two fingers and he rubbed it over the area that was sore in me, you know, and hit.

Well, he modeled it.
