You know, I think it's a gross overgeneralisation.
But that aside, I think certainly
A lot of us are de-sparked.
We become stiff and dull inside, I think.
And I think when we can trust and express our feelings, the whole range of them, the whole spectrum of them, I'm not just saying crying, I think we are far more alive.
And I think it is really difficult for us to be with certain feelings like anger and rage.
But oh, my God, I think a lot of mental problems are just unexpressed anger until proven otherwise.
They just are a lot of pain.
It's just unexpressed rage and pain that people have never found a way to express in themselves.
And I suppose we all remember that classic iconic scene in Network, the film where the guy, the news anchor is, you know, and it was the 70s movie.
And he goes out to the window and bangs it open.
He's like that.
take anymore.
And he just screams out.
I mean, that wasn't a great film, but that scene reverberated globally and everybody talks about it.

I've had great difficulty with it myself.
I know it.
It's the one thing that you feel will earn you almost certain rejection.
I mean, because nobody's going to like it, you know, if I'm angry and cross about things.
