And with NMN, apparently, and according to ChatGPT, it's very unstable.
And so it degrades quite quickly.
So you want to make sure, I think with any supplement, if you want to try it,
make sure it's from a good source.

That it has been third-party tested, yeah.
And you use it within the, you know, time frame.
That's an excellent question.
Short answer is we don't know.

And in the aging field, this is called antagonistic pleiotrophy.
So something that is good when you're young can be bad when you're old, right?
