Because I got to Arizona, nothing changed as far as diet.

In fact, my diet probably got a little bit worse because I was in a place where I was like, I'm going to let myself heal.

I'm going to quit hitting it so hard at the gym.

I'm going to quit hitting it so hard with the weights.

I'm going to do Pilates and I'm going to heal.

And I had a very terrible spinal issue going on that was causing me a ton of pain.

So I was like, I'm going to let my spine heal.

I'm going to let my soul heal.

I'm just going to relax in the sun.

And that was what, I mean, the sun is a powerful needle mover.

Yeah.

on all these pathways, but- A lot of pathways there, yeah.

But I got, you know, not a ton of sun, just a daily dose of sun and got the hell out of tyranny.

And my lab's all regulated and it was amazing.

Like I pulled them up the other day, they came over and I looked at my husband and I was like, I was right.

Cause I told him, I was like, if we move, if I uproot everything, I'm moving my parents, I'm moving my daughter, like the whole family's coming.
