And a lot of people, I'm not deep into it, but a lot of people believe, a lot of educated people and people who understand this field, and I trust, believe in this ardently and do it daily, right?
There's something called Anulom Vilom.
There's something called Pranayam and yoga.
It's all breathwork.
Yeah, yeah.
And what I know for sure, it changes the microbiome of the lungs and the gut.
What I know for sure is that changes your vital capacity, which changes a lot of other things, right?
Yeah, and I want to do a large study on that.
I want to do a large population level study on that.
Yeah, and that could be the underlying mechanism why that helps in lung diseases and other things, right?
That's a bad thing.
So when we talk about microbiome, we get stuck on the bacteria, but we forget the viruses and moles, right?
We forget the fungi.
So the microbiome is the kingdom interaction.
No one studies this.
That's why I keep telling people, you have to study what the bacteria does to the mole and what the mole.
