What I loved about this conversation with Devi and why we wanted to do this is because this is so close to the very heart of What's Up Docs and why we want to make this show and this tension that we always feel between going, we've got to give people some advice and we want advice, just tell me what to do, and then going, the world does seem to make it terribly hard to follow the advice, doesn't it?

that you are not smoking, that we all aren't smoking in this room.
And in fact, lots of people looking around the audience will remember, has anyone here been on an airplane flight where you could smoke?

Interesting.
Well, you may have smoked next to me when I was a child.
So I don't remember smoking on a plane.
That was banned by the time I was old enough to try cigarettes.
But there is a reason now we're not all sitting in this tent smoking, and it would have been legal until fairly recently.
And that was the master settlement against the tobacco companies in 1998 in the US.
