And I ran into him recently and I said, How are things going for you, Brian?

He said, Well, I am the new, you know, I hit I've hit the pinnacle of college gol uh college uh baseball.

I'm the new head coach at Wichita State University, which is one of the premier programs in the nation.

I said, Well, what do you attribute your success to?

He said, I build everything based on their why, their how, and their what.

He said, But what I told you wasn't true.

I don't want just want people that have my why, how, and what.

I need to have everybody.

But now I know who I have.

I know where to put them where they can have the biggest impact, and then we can have the biggest impact.

And that's been the secret to my success.

And so that's what you can do when you actually know who you have on your team.

I would say and it was my same challenge, which is

Most people don't know who they are, so they don't know what it is they want.

And

Even if they've taken a lot of the personality profiles, Myers, Briggs, Colby, Strength Finder, Dis those.

They're still struggling with answering that one question, Who am I?

And sometimes they think they need to sit in a dark cave for a week and meditate, or they need to walk by themselves through Portugal.

Or you know, hire a psychotherapist to help 'em figure out.
