Thank you so much for having me on the show and everything you just shared just now.
I'm really excited that I get to share as well because I'm extremely risk averse.
My wife is even more risk averse.
I didn't have any money when I started investing back in 2006.
In fact, I grew up rather poor.
We, my, my family had a nine bed or sorry, nine bed, nine square, a hundred square foot house, two bedroom, one bathroom.
And I grew up, you know, very frugal.
I'm still very, very frugal.
But it was the investing that really got me to where I'm at now.
But yeah, so now I'll fast forward of everything.
So I didn't start being a real estate investor, but now we've got 33, over 30 single family homes that are rental properties for me, short-term, mid-term, and long-term properties.
I have 775 apartment units, two large apartment complexes I own, as well as hotels as well.
But what I invest for is cashflow.
Because I wanted to be, and I like the term, successfully unemployed or retire early or just stop working for somebody else.
That's really what I wanted to do.
And with that, I just started buying property after property.
So in 2006, that's when I first started investing.
But that's me.
And so now I just have plenty of free time, hang out with my family, come on podcasts and talk to great people like you.
