Stable, secure job you could ever think of.

Working for the local county government, doing IT or technology in California.

Well, California is not going away.

Government's definitely not going away.

And IT is not going away.

So I get that desk job and I'm working just like normal.

Then I bought one property.

Back in 2006, I bought one rental property because I thought, you know what, let me just try this.

And I bought one property and I made 300, the first check that I got from my property manager was $315.
