Well, what you realize is that if you're working for somebody else, you're being paid so much less than you are worth.
You're worth so much more than anybody could ever pay you.
And this is how you'll know.
Your boss is paying you just enough to keep you working without quitting, but it's not so much money.
It takes money out of their pocket.
If they paid you what you were worth, they'd go broke.
So instead, what I suggest is finding, you know, creating businesses like you and your husband, which congratulations that he is also successful in employee.
I love that.
And owning real estate, that real estate then makes you money without working.
And what I love is now all my expenses are covered from my real estate, the cash flow that comes in.
Then I have 40 plus hours of my life, play with my kids, go golf, do other fun things and build businesses that make me even more money now.
So I'll pause the story because you probably have plenty of questions.
It started right at the very beginning, right at the very beginning.
So here's kind of funny.
The first property we bought, I got married in 2006.
And six months later, I asked my wife, because I was not taught to save money.
I was taught not to go into debt, but I was not taught to save money.
So I didn't have any money.
And I asked my wife, it was like three or four, maybe even six months after we got married, hey, honey,
can I take all the money you saved?
