Now it may so happen that almost 100% of my money comes from my job.
That's now my part-time job.
I'm a full-time investor.
That mindset shift really helped me to realize that.
And then I'll fast forward the story.
So I bought, kept buying property after property, after property, each one making me 500, $600, $700 or more.
in passive income from every single one of those properties.
Eventually I had 20, 30 properties and I realized I'm losing money working here.
So last quick part of the story.
Went to my new boss, good boss and all.
I said, hey boss, I'm laying you off.
You know, jokingly, and we both laughed.
He says, well, Dustin, what are you gonna do?
And I said, well, I have real estate that makes me money without working.
I don't have to do a thing.
So last quick part of the story, I would walk to and from my car to my job a mile and a half every single day to and from done this a thousand times.
Well, this last time I felt like I was walking on clouds because I knew I would never, ever need a job again, as opposed to that short hallway.
They got longer and longer and longer, got laid off.
Well, now I now make money without working.
And so if you're listening to this and if you're working a job or if you're wanting to retire or you're realizing, hey, I really need to make money so I could pass it down to my children and grandchildren, generational wealth.
