So I think if you're looking if you're Disney and you're looking at the Jimmy Kimmel audience, a lot of that audience is on television.
It is different if you're Jimmy Kimmel.
If you're Jimmy Kimmel, you know that right now, if you look across Colbert, Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon, we're looking at the last generation of marquee stars in late night television like that generation.
I hate to say it, but that is not coming back because the economics aren't great.
You can debate why Stephen Colbert got canceled, but the show was losing money indisputably.
If you're Kimmel, I think one thing you have to ask yourself is, OK, there's a shelf life here.
Maybe this is the moment to jump.
Now, I don't think he's going to do that.
All of my reporting suggests that he's going to come back tonight.
He's going to give a monologue, something close to the monologue he wanted to give to address the remarks that he made, but to do so in a way that he's still able to sort of criticize all of the sort of the sort of right wing echo chamber that gin this up into what it became.
I don't foresee him saying, I'm leaving.
But it is something that I think probably crossed his mind.

And again, look like at the end of the day, these talks were really it was like Bob Iger, his deputy Dana Walden and Jimmy Kimmel.
It was the three of them and their representatives sort of hovered around trying to figure out what's going on.
