She's had it since she was a child.

She had a very difficult upbringing.

And she ended up in jail on remand just for a few days.

Actually, she'd had an incident with police, unfortunately, the pharmacist, when she'd gone to get her medication.

She'd been put in jail.

Then she was released a couple of days later, but she hadn't had access to her medication.

So she was in a psychotic episode, having a psychotic episode.

And she was naked in the street on a quiet Sunday in the middle, back blocks of Emu Plains in this little industrial estate.

The police turned up, these two young officers, you know, and their job is to help her and get her in an ambulance and get her to hospital.

They didn't do that.

Instead, they subjected her to just gratuitous and awful assault that took place.

It was over the period of an hour, but it was 15 minutes in total.

They kicked her in the head.

They stomped on her.

They dragged her by her hair along the bitumen.

They pepper sprayed her at close range, which is illegal because it can puncture your eyeball.

Pepper sprayed her in the face.

They pepper sprayed her on her back where they dragged her.

And then they pepper sprayed her in her genitals as well.

It is just awful.
