The Verge reports Burger King will deploy an AI chatbot named Patty, get it, that will be voice enabled and which lives inside workers' headsets.
Not only will Patty guide BK workers through prepping orders and keeping track of inventory, it will also guide and remind those workers to be courteous to customers in that it will prompt them to say things like, please, thank you, and welcome to Burger King.
And Patty will also be able to tell managers exactly how often their staff is using the pleasantries in their customer convos, though BK says this is intended to be a coaching tool and not a punitive one.

will now feature the ability to download videos from YouTube for offline access and even let you have videos playing in the background or even if the screen is off.
YouTube's team at Google says moving these services to the less expensive subscription is the result of numerous amounts of user feedback.
But if you want ad-free streaming music, you still must subscribe to the full premium plan.
Ukraine's embassy in the U.S.
is asking supporters to gather today for a rally at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington to mark four years since Russia's invasion started.
The actual anniversary is February 24th.
On that date in 2022, Russia's ground forces, which had assembled on their side of the border, began their ground offensives targeting Kiev, Kharkiv and Kherson.
The war continues with Russia now occupying significant Ukrainian territory.
While tallies of deaths are not conclusive, some analysts think the number of soldiers and civilians killed between both sides could be more than a million.
