I I yeah, I'm in a fair bit of pain.

I managed to hit a couple of eight irons today, which I was quite pleased about.

I can at least hit a shot at full speed, which is good, but there's a lot of pain.

So um I'm just gonna have to manage volume, I would say, uh to a large degree up until Thursday and then see how I go from there really.

Yeah, the issue I've got is that as I exactly, as I extend my right arm kind of away from my shoulder, it then really uh that's when it pinches and and hurts.

And obviously the more I do it.

The thing the trouble with Ireland was once I did it once and twice and three times it got increasingly severe the pain.

I've been trying to monitor that kind of progress and that journey.

So I'll hit a shot, take two or three minutes off just to see what happens.

I think that's been lessened, which is good.

I can finish the shot.

So I I think there's a I need to hit a driver on Wednesday.

And if I can't achieve that then I won't even bother on Thursday.

But if I can get through that

Then I think I think I might be able to play, but as I say, it's gonna be quite painful.

It's gonna not be comfortable out there.

And um

We'll just have to see, you know, if if I if I have to pull out through three, six holes, then I I do.

It's again not something that I want to maybe have to do, but I at the same time I I simply have no choice but to play at the moment given that this could be my second to last playing opportunity.
