Just like any startup, there's a lot of young and inexperienced but super intelligent people working there.
But they don't have the life experience of hiring and firing people, of the whole life cycle.
So, you know, what I've seen too many times happen is they'll sign someone up, they'll recruit someone, and on the first day, there's no onboarding plan.
Or the expectations weren't set.

you know, a candidate who just joined might think they're going to have one or two weeks of onboarding, learning about the systems.
Whereas, you know, the second day they're already asked to start cold calling for clients for a product that they don't quite understand.
It's mental.
I'm seeing the exact, you know, the exact same issues.
I just cannot.

I mean, I've,
I haven't got enough time on my hands to, to set up a new business and, and help companies onboard, but a lot of companies have no clue how to onboard.
They won't, you know, talk to them about what the, the vision mission and values are.
