If only they knew what value they brought across.
A lot of people who go into hotel tech come from a hospitality background.
And from all levels, either they spent a couple of years working at front of house or they went all the way to GM level and just decided to go into the hotel tech.
Maybe they missed that face-to-face contact because when you work in hotel tech, the majority are working remotely.
So that could be a factor to take into account.
In fact, it would be good for me to do maybe another survey
prodding more questions into the ENPS to find out exactly why that's the case.
One thing is very clear, though, is that women across the board are much less happy than men by a huge margin.
And this is something I'm going to dissect with Danica and a few other women, leadership women, to go through to find out exactly why.
But from what we've seen from the data is that there is a change of behavior between men and women in terms of asking for a raise, but also getting it.
So clearly, women are at a disadvantage in this case as well.
There seems to be a bias towards men.
So that definitely needs to be, you know, the conversation needs to be talked about at least to try and understand why this is the case so that we can find out what the solutions are.
The US pays the most.
That's very clear.
And by a large margin.
And then in Europe, it's all micro markets, really.
You could be in France.
And you could have the title sales director and you could earn either 50,000 euros as a basic salary or 120,000 euros as a salary.
And you could be managing zero people as a sales director.
