It is really everyone should be polyamorous, could be, and if they would just put their big girl panties on, they could also be polyamorous.

And I think that is not true.

I think some people, you can be fully evolved and still not have the spoons or the time or the space in your life for multiple partners.

That the people who do best in polyamory...

not only want multiple partners themselves, but they look at relationships as a skill that they can learn and get better at communicating, at meeting their partner's needs, at understanding their own boundaries, almost so that relationships become their hobbies.

I thought I would be a monogamous lesbian.

And it turns out I am primarily a lesbian.

I had that one dude thing.

And I mean, I'm single right now.

But if I ever get in another serious relationship, it's going to be monogamous.

I crave autonomy in closeness.
