Because my husband has spoken about this on this podcast, actually, about his body dysmorphia.

And he says it doesn't help him when I say, you look great.

He's like, that doesn't help.
It's really interesting and I was really proud of him for opening up about it.
Does it help when people say you look great?
No.
In a way, I think what that does, it makes it a superficial issue and actually it's deeper.
Yeah, you are such an amazing role model because of that honesty, because of the effort that it costs you.

99% of women listening to this will relate and it's probably one of those things that comes with time and comes with age bring it on yeah like that peace with our with our physical selves yeah
