In some ways it it does reflect a certain me kind of
um culture and I think that is, you know, very much a generational thing.
Um but I think it's a scrapbook.
You know, it's a scrap book, it's a diary, it's so many things to many people.
But I
Well look I I guess it's about all of those things, isn't it?
There's no one way that we could um that we could uh definitively um talk about this.
I do think um as as was just talked about
in situations like um using LinkedIn um or to a degree Facebook
it's it's essential that you're in it to kind of prove you were there and you know in existential terms to almost to prove that you exist.
No, so s a lot of it is a reflection of um building one's own identity and and feeling important and a developing sense of self certainly.
And some of it is probably showing off and um not having enough to do with your your time and you know, it's it's a range of things for people, isn't it?
It's so easy to look at it and um and draw assumptions though, and I think that's where it's it's kind of dangerous because
you know, as we know with recruiters, they're going to be looking at this as a reflection of who you are, almost like a new personality test without the recruiter having to pay the money for it.
And that's where what's on display can be very
unintentional and and very risky for us.
