Thanks for having me, Jermaine.
I am so super excited to be here and to talk money and health and all things midlife.
Sure.
So as you said, I am a life and health coach for women in midlife.
And so what I do is I work with my clients who want to improve their health and they
they see that their health can support, just like money, like health and money both give us freedom in our lives.
And so they see that if they keep doing what they're doing, their health might not support the retirement that we've all been promised for the American dream, right?
We've been taught like work, work, work, work, work, retire, and you'll be able to live this fantasy life.
And so we save and we invest and we don't take very good care of our health because we're spending so much time at work and with our family and doing all of those things that we're told that we need to be doing.
And
Then at some point, we start to notice that the dinner conversations start to change where we were talking about how cool and hip we were going out to, you know, concerts and staying out all night.
And now we're like, oh, my gosh, it took me three days to recover from that party.
And did you hear that?
Jenny's husband now has a diagnosis of this or that happened.
And so we start to notice these changes at the dinner table that really kind of highlight that we're not as young as we used to be.
And we took our health for granted when we were younger.
And so we kind of see like, oh, I need to rededicate myself.

kind of what I do.
I work with my clients in the areas of eating, sleeping, exercising, stress management, and body image.
