And then when I do, and if I do, I feel like, fuck, I don't want people to think that I'm ungrateful because obviously I'm not.

So you kind of just like stay silent and you kind of feel isolated because you're going through these battles in your head every day.

And eventually like it builds up obviously.

And then you have, I guess, a mentee bee.

And that's how I'm feeling today.

Like I'm feeling like,

Anytime someone says something that I'm like, oh, I'll cry.

And it's annoying because I've got to go and work out for three hours at Everlab.

And I feel like that will actually help because I've also got a bit of a buildup of frustration too.

So...

It's just been like one of those weeks where, yeah, I'm just, I don't see Ella.

I just see a tired mum who wants a break.

I'm not going to say I feel guilty saying that because I actually don't feel guilty because I know that I'm a great mum.

I know that I'm a present mum.

I also am a working mum and I don't really have any support.

So I know I'm doing my best and I know and I know all these things.

Anyway, it's like I know that so many mums can relate to that feeling and

Because two truths can be true at once.

And that's what being a mum is all about every single fucking day.

It's the best and the hardest thing you'll ever do.
