Obviously, I had a podcast with another person and we closed that down and I just knew that this is what I love.

This is my passion.

I love talking.

I love sharing.

I love oversharing and I love learning about people and their stories.

So I have showed up pretty much every week, sometimes two, sometimes three times a week for the last 12 months during my pregnancy and

postpartum, like two or three weeks postpartum, and all whilst navigating being a new mum, continued to be here.

And I have absolutely no regrets in doing that.

I have been, yes, exhausted, yes, burnt out, but loved every conversation.

I have learned in every conversation.

And I've definitely doubted myself many, many times as well.

I have wondered if anyone was listening and

You know, guests who canceled last minute.

The episodes maybe didn't land the way that I had hoped.

And, you know, doing this all with a brand new baby, fucking hormones going crazy, navigating postpartum.

Like there was times where I was sleep deprived.

There was times where I might have been going through something.

And yeah, I guess just being present and professional when some days I could literally barely get off the couch.

I just feel like it's important to say if someone is listening and they're starting a business or starting a dream or whatever it might be, like you've got to keep going and don't give up.

Because the last 12 months have been hard, but amazing.
