I don't know if they've got other ones in other states, but you basically do like this really thorough testing
You do a blood test and then you do like a really hectic consult.
And they basically ask all about your family history.
So in my bloodline, there's heart disease and breast cancer and brain tumors.
And that's all like mom and dad side.
So they ask like really deep questions and you've got to have a bit of information.
And then you do your blood works and they customize basically a treatment plan.
So you could be doing a variety of different MRIs, Dexy scans, physical assessment scans, like the fucking works.
Anyway, I just got my bloods back and it basically says like if you're optimal, suboptimal, or if there's areas to be alarmed about.
And mine were suboptimal around my heart and cardiovascular health and my stress levels.

So for me, like I'm always, I've always been one that's like pretty on top of my health and pretty self-aware.
Like we eat, you know, healthy food.
We get as much sleep as we possibly can with a seven month old, you know, we do all those things.
And I used to obviously run a lot more, which is interesting because I know that doing aerobic fitness, like running at a certain pace, strengthens your heart.
And that in particular was actually suboptimal.
So
if that's not my sign to get back into running fucking ASAP, then I don't know what is.
But my cholesterol as well was not high, but just in the orange zone alongside my heart health.
And I mean, the one thing I can really relate that to is my stress, because when your cortisol is elevated, that affects everything else in the body.
