One of my favorite places actually to be.

But before we get into the main event of today's recording,

I want to be like so honest with you guys.

And I feel like I haven't done it in a while.

Bit of a life, little bit of a peer update.

So I did an Instagram story just sharing that like,

I'm holding back the tears kind of thing, you know?

And the last few days have just felt like genuine burnout.

And it's not so much like... I get so conflicted when I talk about this, even when I try to explain it to my husband, because it's like...

Obviously, I love being a mum.

And, like, I love Pia so much.

And I love my life.

And I'm so, so, so grateful for everything that I have every single day.

And people would look at me and say, she doesn't have it tough.

Like, I know that I don't have it tough.

But it's been tough for me.

And, like, my tough is different to your tough.

And...

I've just felt like really at my wits end and overwhelmed that like any little beautiful message I'd get would bring me to tears.

Like this morning I was sitting at the top of my stairs at 6.30 before Pia woke up and my husband sent me a message and it literally brought me to tears.
