And the third one was I want to go and dance with the stars.

They were my three non-negotiables.

And for me, the reason why being an advocate is so important, as I said, is that not a lot of people with disabilities get to be in the limelight.

So when you do get that opportunity, it is a responsibility.

You have to put yourself out there.

And the reason why I was so insecure about my arm growing up is because I felt like I was alone and I felt like no one would ever understand.

And I did get that opportunity to do the TED Talk.

It's called My Lucky Finn.

And when I gave that TED Talk, I realised that

I'm not alone.

And just because I have this insecurity, which is very specific to my disability, everyone has their own insecurities.

There's such a big range of disabilities.

And a lot of the time, like it doesn't have to be a disability.

You feel like you don't belong.

And I just wanted to share the story of we're all human beings.

We all have the same emotions.

And just because we all look a little bit differently doesn't mean we're less worthy.

Oh my God, it's so exhausting.

It is, but honestly, that's why I took the opportunity when writing a book came around, that I did that because so many people come to you all the time looking for answers and you're like, I don't know what the answers are.

I just know my life and how I've lived my life and maybe you can learn something along the way, but...
