So between when I went to Rio in 2016, I won a bronze medal, but I still knew that there was work that I had to do.

And between Rio and Tokyo...

I really started to work on my mental health.

I really started to work on replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts.

And then when I got to Tokyo, as I said, I listened to music before I race and I was listening to my Eminem and I was in the call room right before my final and the playlist ran out.

And what Spotify does is it just randomly plays a random song.

And this was the song that randomly played.

Now, the song itself is a love song and it's about someone loving someone unconditionally.

But I kind of took the lyrics and applied it to myself.
