What I liked about Francis with the question is that so much of the answer to the question was in there in that Francis is kind of going, do I do this or do I do that?
And I would say when you're getting really practical and responding to the criteria, don't ignore it altogether if there's one or more things in there that you don't feel like you can meet.
Instead, reframe it and go, how can I position myself as someone who can demonstrate that I'm a learner and that I've actually had experience in the past where
that's either transferable or where I can demonstrate, hey, I, you know, in these previous experiences didn't know everything, but I actually did these practical things or demonstrated through these specific examples how I overcame that through my approach to learning.

Look, 60%, if you're applying for a job where you only hit 60% of the criteria, chances are that it's a bit of a long shot, frankly, but I agree with you.
You can't, let's control the controllables.
But if you're being proactive and strategic and, you know, there's other ways you can also support your job search through networking and so on and so forth.
But if you're being considered and you're like, this is my dream job, this is in a business that I've been targeting for
And okay, I'm only at about 60%, but I'm going to put everything behind it.
Well, at least you're in with a shot.
You don't know who your competition is and you don't know exactly what they're looking for because employers can only capture so much in a brief job ad.
And so let's throw your hat in the ring and see what happens.
And yeah, let's lean into how do you demonstrate that you've got the willingness and the transferable learning ability and so on and so forth.
