Isn't that interesting?

I have an experience like that.

I did a – I still think about it.

Last year when I released my book, there was just all this promo and all at the same time.

And you don't know –

what you can say no to because you're thinking there's only this short window of a few weeks where anybody's going to give a crap about this book.

So I've just got to say yes to all of it.

And amongst all of it, I said yes to doing a TEDx talk.

Which is amazing.

And I was like, it'll be fine, it'll be fine, it'll be fine.

And amongst all the other things I was doing, dear God.

And it was fine.

a long time to sort out and i knew that intellectually and then to have the pressure of that how amazing to have done a tedx but it's interesting because i do i got off the stage and i remember being like that wasn't my best like i was happy with what i wrote i was happy with the actual talk but i feel like i hadn't rehearsed it enough to do it the way that i necessarily wanted to do it and i remember getting off stage and being like that wasn't my best work however

Now I know so much for the next time that I do this.

But it was one of those opportunities where I'm like, probably should have said no in hindsight, but I always think that there is value.

Yeah.

So you don't regret saying yes.

No, no, because I'm like that will, I've learnt my lesson.

Yeah, right.

I've really learnt my lesson.
