So there were no like really good choices.

And I fell into this kind of binary way of thinking where, yeah, I think I thought that I was just too unwell to function.

And I,

When you're that low, you don't really have the resilience to advocate for yourself or to see better options that are available.

This was also in lockdown.

So there were not particularly great expansive support networks available to me.

But.

Coming out of that and getting a little bit better helped me realize that there are much more creative ways to live a life than just this binary.

And there are many ways that I can approach that.

There are things that I can do to make it easier living with this illness.

In fact, at one point, hypnotherapy was really great.

Yeah, I was going to say, what are your top tips?

Yeah, I mean like the thing is there's no like singular cure-all, but I would be trying medication.

I would not be trying the pill in my own experience.

I would be staying the hell away from the pill.

Isn't that the first point of call?

Yeah.
