So I actually wouldn't have thought I thought I had self-worth, but the last few years has really taught me.
And I think when I was single, but not even that, I think being self-employed as well is knowing your worth and knowing what you're capable of in all areas of your life.
So whether that's your relationship, whether that is in your family dynamic, whether that's in your career, whether
It can be in different areas of your life and how you're showing up.
It's so important knowing your worth.
If you're throwing out a figure to someone, if you're applying for a job, aim high.
Write down the things you're really good at as well and really own it because you are that person.
Because if you had a best, if your best friend was talking
about you to other people, they'll be like, oh, my God, like, you know, she does this and this and this.
But nearly sometimes we can't believe it about ourselves.
So it's really learning to absorb all the things that you have done over the years and realize how worthy you are.
And when I started to feel worthy of the things
that are coming my way it really does change a lot not only in your confidence but in your belief system about you know if you can get those things that you've dreamed about what else can you get as well and don't get me wrong I have days where I'm like oh my god like you know what's the point or you know what who's going to give that to me or should I even do that should I go back to work you know I'm not going to get that job I'm not going to get that offer like
there that's normal and it is a bit of a scarcity mindset and sometimes i would suffer with that which i think it's like totally normal as well but it's learning that you are enough and you can get anything you want but it's really getting comfortable with all your skills and writing it down i'm a firm believer of journaling as well or even just get a notebook i do think you need to kind of revisit yourself every single like month or every few months and write down really good things about yourself on how you're going what you're doing
what you've achieved so far in the year.
And I actually did that the other day and I was like, oh my God, I've actually achieved so much this year, but yet I feel like I'm going nowhere.
Do you get me?
I think the world we're living in right now is so fast and we're seeing it all on social media
that that can nearly dilute everything that we're doing right now because we're constantly comparing ourselves to other people instead of focusing on ourselves, which is so important.
So your self-worth is going to stem from your inner self and really sitting down and asking yourself those questions about, you know, why you want to, how you want to, how you prove that you are feasible for anything because it is in you.
