So I would definitely want to kind of look at how to better define that so we can distinguish between
what I would call a shop selling non-tobacco items, but all sorts of other wonderful paraphernalia and things that can be smoked.
I think that makes a distinction.
Yeah, that's what I was trying to assume, because most smoke shops sell paraphernalia that could be used for other stuff.
And they sell other crap there that people can smoke.

The thing that you can actually smoke versus tobacco.
I think the definition is, again, subjective, but it's covered and other products that are inhalation or ingestion of any substance.
Yeah, but the 30% or more products sold to the retail establishment are smoking and tobacco products.
And accessories.
I can sit there and say, okay, I'm going to sell Marlboro cigarettes as the one item that's tobacco, but everything else is a bunch of other kinds of stuff that add up to the 30%.
And I think I want to distinguish somebody that's, let's say, I'm just selling tobacco products, per se, because when I look at some of these smoke shops, you can't buy a pack of cigarettes.
You can buy a bunch of other stuff.
Why don't we just say what it is?
Considered, you want to give that the more, you know, of any substances.
It's still very vague, challengeable, I guess.

but the idea that we're just trying to hone down, one, you hit two marks, 30%, clearly ratify the definition of what is considered substance.
