And then your filling can be so seasonal, can be anything.

So I'll always serve, say the green one with something crunchy on top.

I do these halloumi croutons.

So basically just halloumi cut into cubes and then fried in a pan.

So each edge of them gets crispy and they go on top.

They're so good.
