I'm terrible because I do not have a routine at all.
We love that.
There is no routine.
I mean, I live in two cities.
Yeah.
And then you're overseas all the time.
I'm overseas a good six, seven months of the year, at least in different time zones.
I think the thing about me is that I'm so malleable and hopefully that will make me a good parent because I don't know what sleep is and I think I'm permanently jet lagged as well with the travel.
But there really isn't a routine.
It's just try and make the best possible option, decision, decision.
with what you've got and whether that's I can't really train properly today because there isn't a gym in the hotel I'm at in the middle of India wherever I am and this is what I can do so I'm going to do that or...
I need to prioritize sleep.
I'm really tired.
I haven't slept very much.
I'm not going to get up at 4am and go to the gym before I start shooting all day from six because that's not in my best interest.
I just try and make the best possible decision with what I've got.
And yeah, that goes down to beauty.
Such a sports cliche, babe, but you're taking it one day at a time.
One day at a time.
And it's just, it stops the disappointment or getting psyched out of your mental space of, oh, well, this week's done now because I stuffed up Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
