Now I can intervene.
It's like a trainer can sit with me and tell me, you need to position yourself like this.
You need to bend your knees.
But when I'm not doing anything and I'm sitting on the chair, this is all conceptually very interesting.
But the moment I start to practice this,
When the trainer corrects it, they see it in action.
It's happening right alive.
It's pregnant with information.
It's the same in a relationship.
It's both ends.
Yes, you need to go and address some of your challenges and the fears that roil inside of you and all of that.
