And so the second important topic to look into is the shift that compounds faster than those structures that are provided behind them.

Those tools that we use to create the output, they change and they change quite fast.

They have been doing so for

A long time, right?

So, what we now realize, and what organizations also need to look into, of how they can can adapt and change their structures behind it.

And one study that McKinsey has provided this year is that nearly two thirds of organizations in that change of structures come across security and risk concerns when they now use agentic AI to infiltrate in their in an organization.

And then not to talk about the technical limits that are oftentimes still there.

And when we distinct that now, we can say that companies could deploy more of a genic systems in themselves, but they don't do that because there is a lack of confidence to deploy those systems safely in existing organizational structures.

And now taking the time.

to adapt the structures is why I think we now need to also slow down and look into building these and aligning the teams and the colleagues and the competencies that we need in order for those structures to work.

And um why I also think that it's really the groundwork now to do to prepare for the trajectory that is in front of us.

And that truly enables us to take the next technological step.

And the third

point that I think we definitely need to look into is that governance and structure are the layer that stays durable.

Because you might already now see that models can get replaced.

You will get, you know, shift from open to closed or we again to open source models because their performance might be better.

And you also probably are looking into the pricing and the vendors and structures and roadmaps behind

That.

But what remains after all of this, and if you take this away, it's the process architecture, the data flows, and your accountability lines within your teams and within the technological infrastructure that you now need to enable and that you also now need to focus on.
