And as with every guest, I do want to start with you about the intersection of technology and trust.

When you think about those two words, what is the first thing that comes to your mind?

Around that.

And I guess the fluidity of the systems was also why I really want to talk to you, because you also work in between organizational psychology, in between the change, like transformation, and also the way of how enabling people really enables also the technology within organization itself.

And there is one thesis that you stated when we were talking, and that was you believe that AI is less about a technology shift and it's more about the human one in itself.

And can you iterate a bit about why this is and why you also are a firm believer of like those differentiation and nuances that we need to look into?

And when you translate that now into the business kind of environment.

And you also sitting right at the intersection of like those emotional kind of capabilities that we as humans bring.

But that business in itself sometimes even doesn't measure, right?

So there are no performance KPIs for how emotional am I as a human in an organization or a collaborator in like a team.

What is like the most common challenge that organizations currently face?

When you're not going to be able to do

They try to balance the introduction of AI or technology overall.

but also when we as humans are within them and need to adapt to the changes that that occurs to us.

Gosh, there is so much that I would wanna unpack, but you just dove into or you shared with us that this would be not something of how you worked with your teams or also within the organization there you worked.

So I would be really interested of how you yourself approach it.

So how do you work?
