And there is like still litigation and conversations ongoing and it hasn't been revolved, but adding that to the suspension of the model is indeed quite, you know, telling. podcast-host

have read in the news that the company in Entropic has confidentially filed for an IPO at a reported valuation in the region of like, let's say, $965 billion. podcast-host

But I wanted to talk to you today, not specifically about the company's like aspects into that suspension, but I wanted to talk to you about from a European angle. podcast-host

Because right at this moment, it is a real life and real world instance from a frontier US model being made legally off limits for non-Americans, which is like podcast-host

It's a re dependency risk and it's also one that European policymakers have been worrying about. podcast-host

So I was also asking myself, what does it mean for leaders and companies in the field or companies applying AI tools? podcast-host

And there are a few points that I wanted to summarize. podcast-host

The first one came to my attention is that it's a single policy. podcast-host

Point towards setting up an infrastructure mechanism and system within an organization because it also enables you or and enables organizations to not only look at it from a single tool implementation anymore and to operationalize organizations from a perspective on the systems setup and also without being dependent on one single supplier, but more the podcast-host

other way around that you can adapt and govern the way that you set it up within the infrastructure that you've built. podcast-host

And that also feeds directly into the second topic I wanted to make you aware of, because the dependencies that are created when you commit to an AI tool vendor, they are real. podcast-host
